Thank you for shopping at PINIT. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our return policy outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
-you must submit a return claim within 7 days from the date of delivery
-item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
-the item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
RETURN PROCESS
-to initiate a return, please contact us within the 7 day period. email us at pinitcocontact@gmail.com OR message me via instagram @pinit_co
-please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason of return
RETURN SHIPPING
-you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item
-we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item
-please securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit.
REFUND METHOD
-refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for PINIT
-the gift card will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) once I have received the returned items THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COST
-the gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase - please allow up to 7 business days for the gift card to be processed and sent to your email
STORE CREDIT ONLY
-we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method
-the gift card has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is utilized
EXCLUSIONS
-for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, intimate apparel, or jewelry unless they are defective
-sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us ASAP
-we will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions based on the specific situation

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
LOST - if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at pinitcocontact@gmail.com to initiate a claim. we will file an investigation with the shipping carrier to attempt to locate your package.
WRONG ADDRESS - please be sure to double check and accurately input your shipping address during checkout. once an order has been shipped, any additional shipping charges due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. in an event where your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. please note that additional shipping charges will apply.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER THE SHIPPING CARRIER CONFIRMS DELIVERY. IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED YET YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER DIRECTLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE.

shop PINIT offers both new and secondhand items. our secondhand / preloved items are located in our 'secondhand' category under 'shop all'. you can also find secondhand items via @pinit_co instagram page.

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
please allow 3-5 business days after purchasing for your order to ship. once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package. we offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping.
for local delivery - please allow 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered
